In order to apply for MEMBERSHIP, writers must submit an application, resume, and three professional references which may include agents, publishers, editors, and associates who can speak to the applicant's seriousness.

Writers need not be published but must show serious intent.

The fees for Room 58 are determined by the length of your commitment. We offer month-to-month, quarterly, and semi-annual rates (Note: the semi-annual rates are paid in quarterly installments.) There is a one-time initiation fee of $65 for new members.

If this application is approved, I understand that the privileges may be cancelled if the rules and regulations governing Room 58, LLC (R58) and Brooklyn Art Space, LLC (BAS) are not adhered to and, upon notice from R58 or BAS, I agree to forfeit my membership, keys or other evidence of admission.
